Luis Cabezas-Klaere

Luis Cabezas-Klaere graduated as attorney at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, where he received the Law Students Association Award in 1998, 1999, and 2000. He specialized in Good Governance and Good Administration of Public Institutions at Centro Universitario Villanueva of Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He was an advisor to the Juridical Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic and deputy delegate to the President of the Republic before the National Securities Council; advisor to the Regional Management of Guayaquil for Corporación Financiera Nacional and Deputy Director of this institution (2007-2008); advisor to the General State Attorney’s Office; General Secretary of the Superintendence of Banks and Insurance, and Secretary of the Bank Board. Since 2009 he is a Corporate Law lecturer at Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
